About
Located strategically in the heart of Singapore, the course offers golfers great accessibility and a picturesque view of the city skyline, be it day or night. Designed by South African Phil Jacobs, who was responsible for the design of The Links at Fancourt in South Africa and Ria Bintan in Indonesia, Marina Bay Golf Course is one of the few outstanding links-styled golf courses that you can find in Asia.
The design of the par 72 championship course attempts to connect to the history of golf - traditional links of Scotland and the beginning of golf - with its few water hazards and in particular, its 66 pot bunkers. These bunkers not only serve as one of our dramatic features, they are also geared to provide hours of challenges and excitement to golfers. The signature holes of the quality course include the par-3 13th, complete with island green design and the 651-meter 4th hole, Singapore's first and only par-6.
Though the course is now permanently closed, its unforgettable design and character continue to resonate with those who experienced its beauty and distinctive play. Fortunately, Marina Bay Golf Course lives on forever in Golfzon simulators, where players can relive its legendary experience anytime.
